We have constantly maintained a high standard of service to our customers. This has lead to us receiving accreditations from a number of regulatory bodies. Read more about our accreditations below.

We are CHAS accredited (contractors Health and Safety Scheme)

Compliance with important parts of health and safety law (the core criteria described in the CDM regulations). 

On achieving compliance a supplier is approved to work for all of CHAS' buyers. (Some Buyers may require "Accredited" Status)

Inconsistencies are reduced where some suppliers may be judged compliant by one buyer but not another.

CHAS gives guidance on any weaknesses in a supplier's safety management, including how they can improve.

Being a CHAS supplier or buyer saves both time and resources.

The CHAS assessment: if a supplier passes this assessment they have shown they can adequately manage health and safety.

The employer (buyer) checks a supplier has the ability, experience and resources to carry out the specific work they have applied to do. The buyer will look at things like method statements, specific risk assessments, references, examples of previous similar work, training and available resources. 

Monitoring the supplier when they are doing the work. Buyers will check suppliers are managing the work safely, carrying out the method statements properly, have enough resources, liaising properly, managing the site effectively and providing enough supervision.

We are SMAS accredited (worksafe contractor)

Worksafe Contractor and Worksafe Consultant have been designed to allow you to demonstrate your Health and Safety competence simply and quickly.

SSIP recognition. As a fully registered member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) forum, Veritas' Worksafe certificate will be recognised by all other members of this accreditation.

We are Contractor Plus accredited

Contractor Plus is an online database that allows contractors to meet all current health and safety legislation. This means that you can be assured that all our staff understand all appropriate health and safety measures when carrying out any duties on your premises.

We are Builders Profile accredited

Builders Profile offers both clients and contractors a simple solution to finding out information and maintaining a company profile. This give you an avenue to find out any information you require regarding the credibility of our services.

We are SAFE Contractor accredited

SAFE contractor is a leading health and safety pre-qualification assessment scheme for a number of major business sectors. Our accreditation with SAFE Contractor means you can have complete faith that our staff are fully trained and up to date with current health and safety legislation.
